How Team Management Works

Managing teams in Intelliprint is straightforward and user-friendly.

Access the Users Page

Click on the "My Account" tab and then the "Users" tab to access the page where you can view and manage all users and teams.

Create a New Team

In the "Teams" section, click "New" to create a new team. Give your team a name and click "Manage" to configure team settings.

Configure Team Settings

Set default options for the team, such as letterhead, postage class, and other settings to ensure consistency across team members.

Add Users to Teams

Click "New" in the "Users" section, enter the user's email, select their role, assign them to a team, and click "Invite".

Standard User
