We started with a simple observation. Businesses across the UK were still printing letters in-house, stuffing envelopes by hand, and queueing at the post office — while the rest of their operations had moved online years ago. Mail was the last analogue workflow inside otherwise digital companies.

Intelliprint exists to close that gap. Every letter, postcard, or direct mail piece you send through us is submitted digitally — from a browser, an API call, a Zapier trigger, an n8n workflow, a print driver, or a watched folder — and comes out printed, enveloped, and handed to Royal Mail the same day (before 3pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). No printer in your office. No envelopes in your drawer. No trips to the post office.

We run the full pipeline ourselves from a single facility in Leeds — we're not a software layer over someone else's print shop. That means your documents don't leave the country, the same team that prints the mail monitors support, and we can answer operational questions with first-hand knowledge rather than a supplier phone call.
