How do I send letters in bulk?
Upload your letter as a PDF or Word document, then upload a CSV listing one recipient per row. We merge the addresses into your template, print and envelope the full run, and hand it to Royal Mail the same day if you finish before 3pm. There is no separate bulk product to sign up for — it is the same account and the same per-letter price.
Is there a minimum volume for bulk mail?
No. There is no minimum order, no bulk contract and no annual commitment. The platform behaves identically whether you send one letter or fifty thousand, which is the main difference between Intelliprint and a traditional mailing house.
How much does bulk letter postage cost?
From 84p per letter including printing, the envelope and 2nd Class postage. 1st Class, Signed and Special Delivery are priced per item on the pricing page. There are no setup fees and no monthly minimums, so a bulk run costs the per-letter rate multiplied by your volume.
How long does a bulk mailing take to arrive?
The whole run is handed to Royal Mail on the day you send it, provided you upload before 3pm. Royal Mail then applies its normal delivery times: 1st Class typically one to two working days, 2nd Class two to three. Large runs are not queued behind small ones.
Can I send bulk mail from my CRM or by API?
Yes. Trigger a bulk run through the REST API, drop files into a watched hotfolder, or connect via our Zapier app or n8n node. Address data can come from the API payload, a CSV, or extraction from the address window of your PDF.
Is bulk mail handled securely?
Documents are encrypted in transit, processed in our ISO 27001 certified Leeds facility, and stored for 90 days. We are GDPR compliant and also hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Volume makes no difference to how your data is handled.
Can Intelliprint replace our in-house mailroom?
For outbound post, yes. Letters, statements, invoices and notices that you currently print, fold, stuff and frank can be sent through Intelliprint instead, with no minimum volume and no contract. We do not handle inbound post or scanning — this covers everything leaving your organisation, not arriving at it.
