Accessing Tracking Information
Tracking information for your signed-for item is available for you to view online. Simply log in to your account to access this information.
Updates on Delivery Status
We collect tracking information for your signed-for item around 7pm on the day it was collected from the Royal Mail. This information will be updated in your online account and will include the status of your item such as “In transit” or “Delivered”.
By viewing the tracking information, you can get a clear picture of where your item is and when you can expect it to be delivered. This feature provides peace of mind and allows you to stay informed about the status of your item every step of the way.
Please note that tracking information is only available for signed-for items. If you have sent an item that is not signed-for, tracking information will not be available.
