HubSpot
Trigger letters, postcards, and direct mail from HubSpot workflows via a single webhook to the Intelliprint API.
What it does
How HubSpot works with Intelliprint.
HubSpot already orchestrates your email, forms, pipeline stages, and lifecycle campaigns. Adding physical mail makes it one more channel in the same workflow — triggered by the same rules, recorded against the same contact record. A welcome letter on first deal close, a physical thank-you at a lifecycle milestone, a postcard to contacts who stopped opening email.
One route handles everything: HubSpot's native 'Send a webhook' workflow action, available on Data Hub Professional and Enterprise (the tier formerly branded Operations Hub). Point it at the Intelliprint API, map contact or deal properties into the request body using HubSpot's property picker, and it's live — no separate app, no per-workflow cost, and it covers letters, postcards, and direct mail from the same automation.
Intelliprint can call back into HubSpot afterwards to record what happened — via a direct contact-property update, or via HubSpot's Custom Events API, which surfaces mail production events (sent, delivered, returned) in the contact's activity feed without needing a public marketplace app.
Common use cases

- Letter when a prospect downloads a high-intent asset (via webhook)
- Physical thank-you on customer anniversary or milestone (via webhook)

Set-up
Get connected in 4 steps.
Set up Intelliprint
Generate an API key in Intelliprint. Upload the letter or postcard template with merge variables for HubSpot contact and deal properties.
Add the webhook action
Inside a HubSpot workflow (Data Hub Professional or Enterprise required), add the 'Send a webhook' action — method POST, pointed at https://api.intelliprint.net/v1/prints, with an Authorization header carrying your Intelliprint API key.
Map properties into the request body
Use 'Customize request body' to map HubSpot contact or deal properties into the JSON payload, rather than sending every property on the record.
Test and roll out
Test with a single contact. Confirm the print looks right and the trigger fires as expected, then enable the live workflow.
