Introduction
Welcome to Intelliprint! Our hybrid mail service allows you to send physical mail directly from your computer, eliminating the need for printers, stamps, or post office visits. Whether you're sending one letter or thousands, our platform makes it simple, cost-effective, and professional.
What is Hybrid Mail?
Hybrid mail is the process of sending digital documents that are professionally printed, folded, enveloped, and posted by our facility. You upload your documents online, and we handle the physical delivery.

Logging In
To get started, visit https://www.intelliprint.net and click the "Login" button in the top right corner.
Navigate to Login
Click the "Login" button in the header
Enter Credentials
Use your registered email and password
Access Dashboard
You'll be presented with the file upload screen

Working with Your Documents
Allowed File Types
Intelliprint currently accepts the following file formats for upload:
PDF Files
Recommended format (.pdf)
Microsoft Word
DOC & DOCX formats
Upload Methods
Drag and Drop Uploader
Simply drag one of the allowed file types onto the upload area. This will automatically upload your document and make any necessary conversions.

Standard File Uploader
Click "or click here to upload" to manually upload a document. This will open the familiar file explorer allowing you to select a file to upload.

Print Preview
Once you have uploaded a document, you'll be presented with the print preview page. This screen lets you set the options for your mailing and presents a visual preview for you to review before submitting your job.
Information Displayed:
Reference
Each job is given a unique reference number for identification
Price
Confirms the job price, updates as different options are selected
Pages
Shows the number of pages that will be printed
Letters
Shows the number of letters that will be sent

Document Splitting
This option allows you to split a single document into multiple letters. You can either split by a set number of pages or by a phrase that appears once in each letter.

Set a specific number of pages per letter
Split by Phrase
Use phrases like "Dear" or "Private and Confidential"

Additional Pages
This tool allows you to add and re-order additional pages within each letter. Perhaps you need to add a flyer or terms and conditions document that doesn't tend to change.
Important Note
Additional pages will be added after your letter. If your document has been split into multiple letters, the additional pages will be added to each letter.

Printing Options
The printing options section allows you to choose single, double sided, or mixed printing as well as setting the paper quality.
Single Sided
Each page will be printed on a single side of A4
Double Sided
Both sides of paper will be printed on, saving cost and paper
Mixed Printing
Based on your settings, a mix of single and double sided will be printed

Postage Settings
The postage section allows you to set your postage options including service class, envelope type, and mail date.
Postage Service
Choose between 1st or 2nd class postage
Envelope Type
Choose from C5, C4, C4+ Padded, or A4 Box depending on your document size
Mail Date
Set to cheapest and fastest by default, can be customized
C5 Envelope
Holds up to 30 sides or 15 sheets of folded A4 paper
C4 Envelope
Holds up to 100 sides or 50 sheets of un-folded A4 paper
C4+ Padded Envelope
Holds up to 500 sides or 250 sheets of A4 paper
A4 Box
Holds up to 3600 sides or 1800 sheets of A4 paper
Automatic Envelope Upgrade
Letters that exceed the capacity of your selected envelope type are automatically upgraded to the appropriate larger envelope size. You'll see this reflected in the pricing.

Submission Process
Once you have selected your options, click the "Submit" button to send your job to us. You will be presented with a summary and asked to confirm your order.

Print History
Here you will find history on all documents with the following statuses:
Draft
Jobs uploaded but not yet submitted
Waiting to Print
Jobs submitted but not yet printed or posted
Sent
Jobs that have been printed and sent
Export Feature: You can export all this information using the export button located in the top right of the screen.
