Technical requirements and supported environments for using Intelliprint
Web Access Requirements
Intelliprint is a web-based platform that works in modern browsers without requiring any special software installation.

Browser Settings
- JavaScript must be enabled
- Cookies must be enabled
- Local storage must be enabled
- Pop-up blockers should allow pop-ups from the Intelliprint domain
Internet Connection
A stable internet connection is required. Minimum recommended speeds:
- Download: 5 Mbps
- Upload: 1 Mbps (higher speeds recommended for uploading large documents)

Supported Operating Systems:
- Windows 10 or later
- macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later
- Linux (modern distributions)
Recommended Hardware:
- Processor: Dual core 2.0 GHz or higher
- RAM: 4 GB minimum (8 GB recommended)
- Display: 1280×720 resolution minimum
- Storage: 1 GB available space for document caching
Mobile Device Requirements
Supported Mobile Platforms:
- iOS 13 or later
- Android 8.0 or later
While Intelliprint works on mobile devices, a desktop or laptop is recommended for advanced features and document preparation.
Print Driver & PDF Integration
To send documents directly from applications on your computer, you can use our optional print driver:
Intelliprint Virtual Print Driver
Our print driver allows you to print directly to Intelliprint from any application that supports printing.
- Windows: Compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11
- macOS: Compatible with macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later
- Installation: Administrator privileges required
- Disk space: Approximately 50 MB
PDF Viewer Requirements
To preview your documents before sending, you need a PDF viewer capability, which is built into most modern browsers. No additional software is required.
Note: While the print driver enhances convenience, it's not required. You can always upload documents directly through the web interface without installing any software.

API Integration
- RESTful API supporting JSON requests
- OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Requires TLS 1.2 or higher
- IP whitelisting available for added security
SFTP & Batch Processing
- Secure SFTP transfer for large volume batch processing
- Supports CSV data files for mail merges
- File naming conventions required for batch processing
- Maximum batch size: 10,000 documents
Single Sign-On (SSO)
- SAML 2.0 support for enterprise SSO
- Compatible with major identity providers (Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace)
- Custom LDAP integration available for enterprise plans
