Web Access Requirements

Intelliprint is a web-based platform that works in modern browsers without requiring any special software installation.

Browser Settings

JavaScript must be enabled
Cookies must be enabled
Local storage must be enabled
Pop-up blockers should allow pop-ups from the Intelliprint domain

Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is required. Minimum recommended speeds:

Download: 5 Mbps
Upload: 1 Mbps (higher speeds recommended for uploading large documents)

Recommended Hardware:

Processor: Dual core 2.0 GHz or higher
RAM: 4 GB minimum (8 GB recommended)
Display: 1280×720 resolution minimum
Storage: 1 GB available space for document caching

Mobile Device Requirements

Supported Mobile Platforms:

iOS 13 or later
Android 8.0 or later

While Intelliprint works on mobile devices, a desktop or laptop is recommended for advanced features and document preparation.

Print Driver & PDF Integration

To send documents directly from applications on your computer, you can use our optional print driver:

Intelliprint Virtual Print Driver

Our print driver allows you to print directly to Intelliprint from any application that supports printing.

Windows: Compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11
macOS: Compatible with macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later
Installation: Administrator privileges required
Disk space: Approximately 50 MB

PDF Viewer Requirements

To preview your documents before sending, you need a PDF viewer capability, which is built into most modern browsers. No additional software is required.

Note: While the print driver enhances convenience, it's not required. You can always upload documents directly through the web interface without installing any software.
