Technical requirements and supported environments for using Intelliprint

Web Access Requirements

Intelliprint is a web-based platform that works in modern browsers without requiring any special software installation.

  • Google Chrome (latest 2 versions)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest 2 versions)
  • Microsoft Edge (latest 2 versions)
  • Apple Safari (latest 2 versions)

Mobile Browsers

  • Chrome for Android

  • Samsung Internet

Browser Settings

  • JavaScript must be enabled
  • Cookies must be enabled
  • Local storage must be enabled
  • Pop-up blockers should allow pop-ups from the Intelliprint domain

Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is required. Minimum recommended speeds:

  • Download: 5 Mbps
  • Upload: 1 Mbps (higher speeds recommended for uploading large documents)

Desktop & Laptop Requirements

Supported Operating Systems:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later
  • Linux (modern distributions)

Recommended Hardware:

  • Processor: Dual core 2.0 GHz or higher
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum (8 GB recommended)
  • Display: 1280×720 resolution minimum
  • Storage: 1 GB available space for document caching

Mobile Device Requirements

Supported Mobile Platforms:

  • iOS 13 or later
  • Android 8.0 or later

While Intelliprint works on mobile devices, a desktop or laptop is recommended for advanced features and document preparation.
