How many letters can I create from one document?
There's no limit to the number of letters you can create from a single document. Whether it's 10 letters or 1,000 letters, our system handles bulk splitting efficiently.
Can I mix different splitting methods in one upload?
You select one splitting method per upload (either fixed page count or phrase detection). The system will apply your chosen method consistently across the entire document.
What happens if my phrase isn't found?
If the phrase detection method doesn't find your specified phrase, you'll be notified and can either adjust the phrase, use a different splitting method, or manually select page ranges.
Can I preview the split before sending?
Yes! After splitting, you can review all separated letters and preview each one individually before committing to send.
Does splitting work with variable page counts?
Absolutely. The phrase detection method is perfect for documents where each letter has a different number of pages. It intelligently splits wherever your identifier phrase appears.
